We are a full service real estate company offering sales, leasing and property management for investment properties.
PGP is a unique company breaking the mold of traditional property management by offering an extra layer of service to our clients. That extra layer is Asset Management. In addition to our comprehensive Property Management service, our Asset Managers look for ways to add value to your asset. With these two combined services we can maximize the value of your property and unlock its full potential.
At PGP we are not property managers, or asset managers. We are both.
